This model features heritage two-tone colors of Candy Diamond Brown and Orange, gold wheels, gloss black frame finish, commemorative emblem and logos, chrome headlight and meter trim rings, special textured seat leather with contrast color stitching, and chrome passenger grab rail.
A special painting process was developed specifically for the anniversary model, which includes the candy colors being applied in layers using a special technique that brings out a deep, glossy texture.

Kawasaki celebrates the 50th anniversary of the iconic Z motorcycle with the 50th Anniversary Edition of the Z650RS. The iconic "Fireball" colorway honoring the legendary 1972 Z1 was chosen with its elegant curves resplendent in the lustrous, rich red pattern.
This limited-production model features unique anniversary edition styling and comes with a special coffee table book commemorating 50 years of the Z brand.

The LED headlight blends retro and modern designs, featuring two chambers, both with position lamps to ensure the whole lamp appears lit like a retro-style bulb headlight. The grooved design on the thick headlight bezel adds a modern touch.

The compact tail of the Z650RS retro sport traces a horizontal line, contributing to the bike's flat stance and reinforcing the light, casual styling theme. An original-design seat adds to the retro-sport image while the LED taillight adds a modern flare.

The retro-style fuel tank design uses edges dividing the top and sides of the tank to emphasize the compact size. The slim, ergonomic package fits narrowly between the riders knees, all while holding up to 3.17 gallons (12 liters) of fuel.
